Meet Jagger
Jagger Jones (22) is the grandson of legendary racer and 1963 Indy 500 winner, Parnelli Jones, currently driving in INDY NXT by Firestone and sports car racing. Additionally, Jagger graduated from High Point University (NC) in December of 2023 in just 3.5 years where he studied business and finance.
Jagger’s racing career launched at a young age. He first drove a go-kart at the age of 6, and his passion for motorsports instantly sparked. Jagger went on to win the National Karting Championship. Following karting success, Jagger finished 2nd in the NASCAR ARCA West Championship, winning the race in Roseville, CA, and earning Rookie of the Year honors
After a two-year racing hiatus, Jagger shifted his focus to open-wheel racing, winning at Barber Motorsports Park and Rookie of the Year honors in the USF 2000 Series. In 2023, Jagger had a successful rookie season in INDY NXT with a highlight of 2nd in Detroit and numerous top-10 finishes. Jagger has also competed in sports car racing, earning a drive in the IMSA VP Sports Car Challenge. In 2024, Jagger has accumulated five victories in just six starts.

Beyond his intelligence on the racetrack, Jagger excels academically as a Dean's List student at High Point University in North Carolina. He is on track to earn his Business degree with a minor in Finance and Economics in 3.5 years. Additionally, his skills in public speaking further enhances his value as a versatile asset.
PERFORMANCE
Jagger's passion for on-track success extends to various other pursuits in life. To achieve peak performance, Jagger follows an extensive physical and mental training program along with a strict diet. He also enjoys sim-racing and watching racing film, constantly learning. His passion and dedication has led him to countless race wins and podiums, most recently a 2nd place finish in the highly competitive INDY NXT Series in Detroit.
